During my tenure at Blupax Pharma, I was responsible for developing the overall visual design and user experience for our new client- and e-commerce customer-facing website. This included ensuring a cohesive look and feel across all aspects of the platform while enhancing the UX for typical customer transactions. The website was built using the Odoo platform, which presented a steep learning curve, as I had no prior experience with Odoo and was professionally trained in WordPress. Despite this, I quickly adapted and successfully delivered a polished, user-friendly site.

During my time at Blupax Pharma, I was responsible for designing all customer-facing and internal materials, including flyers, tradeshow booths, postcards, and more. I handled the creation of all designs while ensuring they adhered to the brand guidelines, which I had originally developed, as well as aligning them with the specific theme or objective of each project. This comprehensive role allowed me to maintain brand consistency across all visual communications.

New Customer Welcome Packet

At Blupax Pharma, one of my primary responsibilities was managing customer outreach through email marketing campaigns. This included creating and executing campaigns for special promotions, sharing important company updates that impacted customers, announcing exciting news, and addressing product recalls and closures. I was responsible for developing the campaigns, designing them, and monitoring their performance using Google Analytics and Brevo, our email marketing platform.

By analyzing performance metrics, such as a consistent confirmed open rate of 33%, I regularly refined our strategies to maximize engagement. Our outreach efforts typically involved sending two emails per week, ensuring timely and relevant communication with our audience.
